OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage

  OPT/CPT/F1 candidates

  from universities, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of

  recent graduates

  seeking training and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process — from initial screening to on boarding.
• Hire H1, H4 EAD, GC & Citizens for full time positions.
• Maintain regular follow-up and provide interview support and project guidance to consultants.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as an

  OPT Recruiter

  in US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of

  F1, OPT, CPT, H1B, and GC

  visa types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during

  US business hours (EST/CST/PST)

  .
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with

  training & placement programs

  .
• Familiarity with

  job portals

  (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
