Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants (H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC) for full-time roles.
• Source and submit candidates via job portals and vendor networks.
• Maintain strong consultant relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Negotiate rates, handle documentation, and report marketing progress.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Bench Sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work night shifts (US hours).
• Basic knowledge of US work visas and job boards preferred.
