Serious applicants only. About the Role: Join our dynamic recruitment team as an Entry-Level Bench Sales Recruiter! In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (US work-authorized consultants) to prime vendors and clients. Were looking for someone enthusiastic, persuasive, and ready to learn the fast-paced world of US IT staffing. Key Responsibilities: Identify and submit suitable candidates for IT positions through job boards, vendors, and networking platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants on bench. Market consultants who are on H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC, USC for full time positions. Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure successful placements. Handle documentation, rate negotiations, and follow-up with vendors and consultants. Track marketing efforts and provide regular updates on consultant activity. What Were Looking For: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work US hours (Night Shift EST/PST). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in any field (preferred). Eagerness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of US work visas (H-1B, GC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, etc.). Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. What We Offer: Competitive salary + incentives.
