Client Account Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Client Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company’s strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B service sales (preferably HR or staffing services), strong account management skills, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in HR services across assigned industries and geographies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal service delivery teams.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and growth within existing accounts.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment, payroll, and HR tech teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and pipeline activities using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (experience in HR services or staffing industry is highly desirable).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and client-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
