Civil Site Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in residential and commercial real estate construction. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience overseeing all stages of project execution — from foundation and structure to finishing works. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of on-site activities in alignment with company standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Execution:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor progress and coordinate between contractors, labor, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.

Foundation to Finishing Management:

• Supervise civil works including excavation, footing, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and all finishing activities.
• Ensure structural and finishing works meet design and quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections to verify materials, workmanship, and compliance with design and safety norms.
• Coordinate with quality engineers for testing and approvals.

Project Coordination:

• Liaise with architects, engineers, and vendors for timely issue resolution.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking progress against timelines and budgets.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements on site.
• Maintain site documentation such as daily progress reports, attendance, and material consumption logs.

Resource Management:

• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to avoid delays or wastage.
• Report material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams for timely supply.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in site supervision with a reputed real estate or construction company.
• Proven experience managing foundation, structural, and finishing stages of high-rise or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred.
