Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in piling, shuttering, structural works, finishing activities, and putty application , and must have worked for a real estate developer/contractor . Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site civil activities including excavation, piling, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and structural works. Manage daily site operations and ensure work is being executed as per the approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams for efficient execution of finishing works (plastering, painting, flooring, putty application, etc.). Ensure strict quality control on materials and workmanship across all stages of construction. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, labor records, and material consumption. Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Provide technical input to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution. Conduct inspections and handovers of completed phases to higher management or clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 6 years of experience in site execution roles within the real estate sector. Hands-on experience in piling, shuttering, structural work, interior finishing, and putty application . Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in reading civil drawings and understanding BOQs. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects. Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software tools. Freshers please do not apply.
