We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in real estate to join our growing team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer. The position is based in Kolkata (near Ruby Hospital). The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating architectural and construction drawings, designing interiors, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role includes collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and managing projects from conception to completion. Qualifications 1. Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design. 2. Experience in creating Architecture and Construction Drawings. 3. Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). 4. Strong project management and organizational skills. 5. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. 6. Ability to work on-site in Kolkata. 7. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 8. 2+ years' of experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a must. 9. Must have experience in AutoCad.
