Civil Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, labor teams, and subcontractors.

• Monitor progress of civil works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project plans.

• Maintain daily site records including work progress, labor deployment, and material usage.

• Identify and resolve issues related to construction delays, resource shortages, or site conflicts.

• Oversee execution of concrete works, foundations, industrial flooring, and structural components related to industrial construction.

• Ensure site safety protocols are followed and address any violations promptly.

• Support the Project Manager in planning and reporting site progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site supervision.

• industrial projects

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic construction management tools.

• Strong understanding of civil construction materials, methods, and industrial construction standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.

• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) norms for industrial sites.
