Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to oversee project execution, ensure timelines are met, and maintain high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

PMC Coordination:

• Ensure PMC performance aligns with project requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor PMC activities and address any gaps or delays proactively.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and expectations.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Timeline Adherence:

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify and resolve potential delays, mitigating risks to project schedules.

Internal Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, PMC, and execution, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders to keep tasks on track.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

• Update and maintain accurate project information in the company’s internal CRM system.
• Ensure transparency and availability of project data for reporting and analysis.

Site Inspections & PMC Audit:

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Audit PMC work to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and proper execution of tasks.
• Report findings and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, especially in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively across NCR.
