Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee, manage, and execute construction activities at project sites for residential and commercial real estate developments. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, cost controls, and statutory requirements while effectively coordinating with stakeholders and resolving technical challenges. This role demands a professional with strong site management expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of work, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.

Quality & Safety Management

• Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations at all project sites.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to ISO, IS codes, and organizational quality standards.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with required standards.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Ensure smooth flow of information between site teams, project management office, and senior management.
• Attend regular project review meetings and provide accurate status updates.

Technical & Documentation Management

• Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work permits, checklists, and other site documentation.
• Ensure accurate material reconciliation, measurement sheets, and billing support to the commercial team.

Resource & Labor Management

• Plan and optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and materials for cost-effective operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly and provide technical guidance to teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven work experience in the execution of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, site execution, RCC works, finishing activities, and building codes.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and service drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on timely delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site operations simultaneously.
