1 To Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report).
2 To assist Project Manager in timely execution of Civil work of as per planned schedule in co-ordination with team, agency and consultation with Management.
3 To assist in checking of invoice of agencies with respect to measurement and quality and certifying for payment advices.
4 To follow instruction received pertaining latest drawings / details, target dates & works strategy from upper management and explain the same to down the liners.
5 Day to day progress & quality monitoring of activities and update Project Manager about the development. To forecast project constraints and delay causing activities.
6 To ensure availability of construction material, manpower and uninterrupted services of equipment's. To report immediately if problem found.
7 To control and reconcile resource/material and maintain proper inventory.
8 To follow safety aspects by adhering prevailing safety norms and ensure proper use of PPEs (Personal Protective equipments).
9 To assist Project Manager for timely completion of civil works & giving
possession to Clients as decided.
10 To conduct down line meeting daily
11 Get daily, weekly and monthly progress report from subordinate & Present Superior
