Civil/Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

2. Plan, execute, and monitor

   civil projects

   related to plant expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and new construction.
3. Ensure projects are completed within

   budget, timeline, and quality standards

   .

4. Costing & Budgeting:

5. Prepare detailed

   cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets

   for civil works.
6. Track expenses and implement cost-control measures.

7. Coordination & Reporting:

8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including

   CHRO for project-related HR aspects

   and report progress to

   CMD as required

   .
9. Liaise with contractors, architects, and vendors for smooth execution.

10. Compliance & Safety:

11. Ensure adherence to

    statutory regulations, safety norms, and environmental standards

    .

12. Documentation:

13. Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and progress reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  5–7 years of

  hands-on experience in civil projects within the manufacturing industry

  , preferably involving plant expansion and industrial infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of

  construction techniques, material specifications, and project costing

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  .
