Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Site Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in civil construction to manage and execute site activities for our high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, planning ability, and strong coordination skills to ensure that site operations are aligned with project schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise all on-site civil construction activities.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily progress reports, material logs, and labor records using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communicate site progress and issues with the Project Manager via email and reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and safety norms.
• Monitor and control construction materials usage and site inventory.
• Assist in quantity verification, billing, and work certification of contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and site safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email Communication.
• Ability to read BOQs, project documentation, and technical drawings.
• Strong site execution, team coordination, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with local construction codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
