Key Responsibilities

• Land & Site Surveys
• Conduct topographical, boundary, and contour surveys for new project sites.
• Mark boundaries, building lines, and reference points per approved site plans.
• Construction & Mivan Shuttering Layout
• Set out levels, alignments, and coordinates for all structural elements.
• Perform Mivan shuttering survey checks to verify verticality, alignment, and wall positioning before and after fixing.
• Check grid lines, beam soffits, slab levels, and door/window positions as per structural drawings.
• Quality & Accuracy Control
• Identify and rectify deviations in shuttering work before concreting.
