About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost analysis for projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
• Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with municipal laws, regulations, and RERA norms.
• Resolve technical issues, supervise site staff, and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare progress reports and present to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma).
• 2–6 years of experience in construction/project execution (freshers with strong knowledge may also be considered).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Location: Mumbai (site-based and office coordination as required).

• 6-day working week (as per project needs).
