We’re looking for a Civil Engineer who brings structures to life. Someone who loves the smell of fresh concrete, thrives on-site, understands timelines like a friend, and ensures every corner of the project stands strong with precision and quality.
• Supervise, execute, and monitor civil work at site as per drawings and standards
• Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and client teams
• Ensure quality control, material checks, and proper documentation
• Track progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and support billing measurement
• Identify site issues early and propose practical solutions
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines always
• Assist in planning and scheduling as per project milestones
• Review construction drawings and support site-level technical resolutions
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2–10 years of hands-on site experience in Buildings / Industrial / Infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A practical problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn continuously
• Exposure to quality audits and safety standards
• Experience working with reputed PMC / EPC / Real Estate developers
• Measurement and BOQ skills
• Vendor & manpower management capabilities
