The Civil Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing billing processes, preparing detailed estimates, and ensuring compliance with contracts for construction projects. The role requires significant expertise in cost management and billing within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Contract Compliance: Review project contracts to ensure billing compliance with stipulated terms and conditions.
• Invoice Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate invoices for all stages of construction projects, coordinating with finance and project management teams.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports related to project billing and costs for upper management and stakeholders.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to discuss and resolve any billing discrepancies or queries effectively and professionally.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant billing and project management software tools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and financial reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
