Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Billing Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Bhavnagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations for construction projects in the road, highways, and residential sectors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Invoice Preparation: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all billable items are included and properly documented.
• Coordination with Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to verify work progress and resolve any discrepancies in billing documentation.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all billing transactions and related documentation for future reference and audits.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering within the road, highways, or residential construction sectors.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction billing software
• Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions related to billing
