Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic City Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in the Lifestyle and Subscription segment within the Retail and E-commerce domain. Based in Pune or Mumbai, Maharashtra, this role involves managing B2C, B2B, and channel sales operations, driving revenue growth through a city-level team, and expanding the partner network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prepaid card sales and the travel industry, with a proven track record in team leadership and business development.


Key Responsibilities Sales Management

- Drive B2C, B2B, and channel sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Manage and mentor a city-level team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and partner agents - Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with local travel agents, utility bill resellers, and micro-franchisees Customer Engagement & Operations

- Conduct product demonstrations and manage customer escalations to ensure high satisfaction levels

- Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools - Coordinate closely with regional leadership to align sales strategies and reporting


Key Skills & Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in prepaid cards and the travel industry

- Proven ability to lead and manage field sales teams effectively

- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in local languages for effective customer engagement

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding partner networks Special Requirements

- Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas as required - Based in Maharashtra, preferably Pune or Mumbai
