Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
● Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.
● Set team targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.

4. Sales Performance & Reporting
● Track and report sales performance metrics to the management team, including revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs.

● Work closely with the operations, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
● Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
● Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing services, include social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
