Job Description

As the City Head Sales in the Commercial Interiors industry, your role is crucial in driving direct revenue growth and establishing the company's brand presence with a focus on B2B client acquisition and relationship management. Your key responsibilities include: - Proactively generating leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and online platforms to identify major business opportunities with corporates, co-working spaces, developers, and architects. - Presenting tailored commercial interior solutions to decision-makers, addressing workspace planning, turnkey execution, and design-build requirements. - Managing high-value sales cycles from consultation with clients to successful closing and onboarding, including conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends. - Collaborating with internal design, project, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client objectives within time and budget constraints. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and progress reports using CRM and analytics tools. - Representing the company at industry events and meetings to expand the business network and enhance corporate visibility. Core Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5-10 years of successful sales/business development experience in commercial interiors, workspace solutions, or commercial real estate. - Deep understanding of tier 1 city market dynamics, trends, and key players in commercial property. - Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills for complex B2B transactions. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with C-level clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools. - Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
