City Sales Head

As a Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve leading, training, and mentoring the sales team to optimize performance and achieve collective goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve collective goals. - Set team targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital marketing and branding services. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. - Track and report sales performance metrics to the management team, including revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Qualifications: - Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software is a plus. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job type for this position is full-time.
