Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a City Operations Executive at Ubayog. The primary responsibilities include managing and improving operations processes, analyzing data to optimize city-specific resource allocation, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with teams, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.We are looking for a hands-on City Operations Executive to manage daily service bookings, provider coordination, customer follow-ups, and on-ground execution in Coimbatore.You will work closely with the founder and be responsible for making sure services actually happen.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Handle incoming customer requests (WhatsApp & calls)
  • Coordinate with service providers (cleaners, movers, technicians)
  • Assign jobs and confirm availability
  • Track bookings, completions, and payments

Provider Management

  • Onboard local service providers
  • Verify basic details
  • Maintain good relationships
  • Resolve provider-side issues

Customer Support

  • Follow up with customers
  • Ensure service quality
  • Handle complaints calmly
  • Close payments where required

On-ground Execution

  • Visit apartments / PGs/other locations when required
  • Coordinate operations, marketing, posters & QR placements
  • Assist with local partnerships

Reporting

  • Update daily Google Sheets
  • Track bookings, revenue, and issues
  • Share daily summary with founder

Compensation

₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (fixed)performance incentives

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Operations and Operations Management expertise, including the ability to manage logistics, resources, and ensure efficient processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management and time management, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in remote settings.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven platforms and experience in using data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
