We are seeking a skilled Cisco Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco network solutions to ensure the optimal performance of our organization's IT infrastructure. As a Cisco Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform network troubleshooting, and provide ongoing network support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Implementation:

• Design and deploy Cisco-based networking solutions for enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless LANs, and other network equipment.
• Plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and improvements.

• Network Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity, performance, and security problems.
• Perform network performance analysis and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Security & Compliance:

• Implement and manage Cisco security appliances (ASA, Firepower, etc.) to protect network resources.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with internal security policies.

• Monitoring & Maintenance:

• Monitor network performance and availability using network monitoring tools.
• Perform regular backups and firmware updates on Cisco devices.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
• Generate reports for network performance, security incidents, and other metrics as required.

• Collaboration & Support:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to resolve complex network issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
