Develop and maintain strong relations with the channel partners Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given circle Work closely with the State Head to build circle level strategies on products and sales initiatives to help achieve revenue and sales targets Ensure proper planning and execution of the business strategies rolled out for all channels in the circle Regularly communicate about products, markets and sales tools to all channel partners Driving/Initiating executing training development on products and regulations as well as soft skills to the employees Ensure strong ground/branch level connectivity of the team by way of regular interaction and meets with employees in the circle Planning and implementing activities for the channels as well as partners resulting in business growth Manage a team to implement plans and execute at the ground level.
