Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Head Chef with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our culinary team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative menus showcasing expertise in Chinese cuisine.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain consistency in taste and quality.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Conduct regular menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty.
