Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chinese Commi-III to join our team at Hotel Centre Point. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes according to customer requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils is essential.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
