Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and technically skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WooCommerce, understands customer-centric design, and is capable of managing technical aspects of discount campaigns, homepage development, and UX optimization. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🛒 E-commerce Platform Management Manage and maintain the WooCommerce platform and ensure optimal performance Oversee front-end and back-end development including homepage updates, product pages, and checkout flow Monitor website security, uptime, and mobile responsiveness 🎁 Campaigns & Discounts Plan and implement Pay Day and Non-Pay Day sales with appropriate discount tiers and coupons Configure and manage discount rules for specific brands, products, categories, and cart values Create and schedule promotional banners and landing pages 🧩 Technology & Integrations Manage plugins, themes, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, email marketing tools) Optimize website speed and performance Ensure backup, data privacy, and security protocols are in place 🎨 Visual & Promotional Content Coordinate or design banners, promotional graphics, and seasonal themes Collaborate with design/marketing teams to align visuals with campaigns 📈 Strategy & Growth Stay updated with tech trends and tools in the e-commerce ecosystem Recommend and implement improvements for user experience and conversion optimization Support data analytics and reporting tools to track performance
