We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Interaction Specialist (CIS) to be the voice of our brand. In this role, you will handle customer communications across various channels, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 💬 Customer Communication & Support Respond promptly to customer queries via email, chat, phone, and social media Provide accurate product information, order updates, and return/exchange support Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically 📦 Order & Issue Management Assist customers with tracking orders and delivery-related questions Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order fulfillment or payment issues Process returns, cancellations, and refunds according to company policy 📊 Customer Insights & Reporting Record and track common customer issues and feedback Provide suggestions to improve processes or website experience Maintain up-to-date customer interaction records in CRM systems 🤝 Team Collaboration Work closely with operations, logistics, and tech teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly Share customer insights to help improve products, services, or promotions
