Order Executor – E-commerce Operations

🧭 About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Executor to manage the end-to-end process of customer order fulfillment. This role is crucial in ensuring that all orders are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and delivered smoothly. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce back-end systems and understands the importance of accuracy, speed, and communication. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 📑 Order Management Review and process incoming customer orders through the e-commerce platform (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify) Verify payment status, product availability, and shipping details Coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team for packing and dispatch 🚚 Shipping & Fulfillment Generate shipping labels and documentation Assign orders to courier partners and track delivery progress Follow up on delayed or failed deliveries and take corrective actions 📊 Inventory Coordination Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory items Ensure product listings are updated based on availability Work with inventory or purchasing teams for restocking 🧾 Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all processed orders Generate daily/weekly reports on orders fulfilled, pending, or delayed Identify issues or trends in the fulfillment process for improvement
