Chief Technology Officer

will drive the bank’s technology strategy, leading automation and digital initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality. This executive role shapes the technological landscape, streamlines processes, and ensures the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to strengthen the bank’s competitive position.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the bank’s goals, emphasizing automation and digitalization.
  • Optimize the existing IT network while evaluating new solutions for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across banking functions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for cost efficiency and ensure strong ROI on IT investments.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including digital channels, mobile banking, and online services.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA.
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior technology leadership role within the banking or financial industry.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in automation, digitization, IT infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
