What You’ll Do

• Architecture & Development

  : Design and build core systems powering homecare
• fulfilment.

• AI/GenAI R&D

  : Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision
• support, and caregiver workflows.

• LLMOps

  : Own the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment,
• monitoring, and scaling in production.

• Automation Strategy

  : Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across
• workflows.

• Compliance & Security

  : Ensure systems are built to meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP
• standards from the start.

• Hands-on Execution

  : Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and
• experimentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong exposure to AI/ML in production.
• Proven expertise in

  GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment

  .
• Strong skills in

  Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS)

  .
• Experience building

  end-to-end AI systems

  , including data pipelines, training,
• inference, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of

  data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design

  .
• Execution-first mindset: comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability.
• Past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup is mandatory
