Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Dawnbreak AI Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Type: Full-time About Us Dawnbreak AI is a stealth-mode startup bringing automation to critical aspects of homecare fulfilment . We are building from first principles to solve one of healthcare’s most operationally complex and high-impact problems. We’re looking for a hands-on CTO with deep expertise in building scalable systems, generative AI, DevOps and AIOps to drive our technology vision and execution. What You’ll Do Architecture & Development : Design and build core systems powering homecare fulfilment. AI/GenAI R&D : Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows. LLMOps : Own the lifecycle of large language models—fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production. Automation Strategy : Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows. Compliance & Security : Ensure systems are built to meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from the start. Hands-on Execution : Remain deeply technical, contributing to code, architecture, and experimentation. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong exposure to AI/ML in production. Proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment . Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure (GCP/AWS) . Experience building end-to-end AI systems , including data pipelines, training, inference, and monitoring. Knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design . Execution-first mindset: comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability.
