Job Description

Responsibilities

Role purpose Own BEO’s technology and architecture, professionalize delivery (DORA metrics), ensure security & compliance, and scale the tech organization.

Responsibilities

Technology roadmap & architecture (cloud strategy, services/microservices, data strategy).Lead and grow the engineering team (hiring, coaching, career paths).Delivery & quality: CI/CD, testing strategy, observability, incident & problem management.Security & compliance, risk & vendor management.Budget and partner management (cloud costs, external vendors).Close partnership with Product, Sales, and the executive team (OKRs, prioritization).Desired Candidate Profile

Must haves

5 years as CTO in a similar or bigger company size; 10+ years total in tech leadership.Proven team/platform scaling (e.g., >99.9% availability, faster time-to-market).Deep cloud expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), IaC (Terraform).Security & compliance experience (audit readiness, policies, access management).Strong org building, change management, and stakeholder communication (DE/EN).

Nice-to-haves

Experience with data/ML workloads, event-driven architectures, FinOps.Certifications (e.g., AWS Professional; security leadership training).Back
