We are seeking an experienced and vigilant Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee security operations at a high-profile mining site. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement robust security protocols for the mining site.
• Manage on-ground security personnel and surveillance systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and emergency response planning.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure legal compliance.
• Handle crisis situations with quick decision-making.
• Maintain reports on security incidents and preventive measures.

• Proven experience as a CSO/Security Head in mining, industrial, or large-scale sites.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and legal regulations.

• Fluent in Marathi (spoken & written) for effective local coordination

• Retired defense personnel with relevant experience are welcome.

• CTC: As per industry standards (aligned with benchmarks for similar roles).
