• Administrative Support: Managing the CSO's calendar, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and processing expenses and official documents.
• Communication: Facilitating communication between the CSO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, including drafting and distributing internal communications during security incidents.
• Project & Initiative Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of security initiatives, such as security awareness training, phishing simulations, and incident response plans.
• Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and managing security-related documents, reports, and presentations to support security strategy and compliance.
• Information Management: Triaging incoming security-related information, such as vendor questionnaires, and managing confidential files and information with discretion.
• Operational Support: Contributing to operational improvements within the security function and managing budgets and finances related to security initiatives.
• Strategic Partnership: Acting as a strategic partner to the CSO by anticipating needs and proactively supporting high-stakes security initiatives to ensure they are kept moving forward
