The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Serviceman (Captain/Major) with a strong background in security management, risk assessment, and crisis response. The CSO will ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Security Strategy & Operations Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Oversee physical security, access control, surveillance systems, and cybersecurity measures. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities. Team Leadership & Training Lead and mentor the security team, ensuring high standards of vigilance and professionalism. Conduct security drills, emergency response training, and awareness programs. Crisis & Incident Management Act as the primary point of contact for security-related emergencies. Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and disaster management authorities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, organize, and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors, tailored to different departments and roles. Conduct training sessions on safety policies, procedures, hazard identification, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. Assess training needs by analyzing incident reports, audit findings, and workplace risk factors.
