Role Overview

As COO, you are the architect of our operating engine—designing and scaling the infrastructure, people, and processes that power ElevenX and its growing portfolio. From fund administration to deal execution to compliance and international expansion, you are accountable for the firm running like a machine—quiet, efficient, and unbreakable.

Key Responsibilities

• Firm Operations:

  Oversee finance, legal, compliance, HR, and vendor management. Ensure everything runs with precision.

• Fund Administration:

  Coordinate with legal, accounting, and fund admin teams across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., Singapore, Dubai).

• Strategic Execution:

  Translate founder vision into 90-day execution plans. Drive OKRs across the firm.

• Process Building:

  Design playbooks for due diligence, investment committee, capital deployment, and reporting.

• People & Culture:

  Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management for internal teams and portfolio leadership.

• Technology Stack:

  Select, implement, and integrate firmwide tools (CRMs, investor portals, data rooms).

• Cross-Border Operations:

  Manage regulatory, tax, and legal infrastructure in global markets (Singapore, India, UAE, U.S., UK).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in VC/PE operations, fund management, or senior operator roles in scaling companies
• Deep knowledge of international structures, fund formation, and compliance (especially in U.S. and Singapore)
• Proven track record of building systems and teams from 0 to 1 (and beyond)
• Calm under pressure with an owner's mindset
• Meticulous, proactive, and relentlessly accountable
• Strong familiarity with LP/GP dynamics, portfolio reporting, and strategic planning
