Job Title: Chief of Staff – Supply Chain & Operations Location: On-site, Andheri East (MIDC), Mumbai About the Role: We’re looking for a high-agency, analytically sharp, and execution-obsessed individual to drive operational excellence across our supply chain and fulfillment ecosystem. This person will serve as the right hand in scaling a high-growth D2C brand — zooming out to strategize and zooming in to problem-solve at 7 AM in a warehouse if needed. You might be a fit if you: · Are analytically exceptional and apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems · Are comfortable with rigorous problem structuring and are fluent in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, KPIs, and root-cause analysis · Have on-ground operational muscle and the ability to execute across high-complexity fulfillment chains · Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and love solving real-world problems at speed What You'll Own: · End-to-end fulfillment operations: From incoming demand to doorstep delivery · Operational KPIs: Delivery time performance, last-mile experience, cost and TAT tracking · Inventory strategy: Placement across warehouses to optimize cost and speed · Warehouse operations: SOP design, throughput efficiency, daily execution excellence · Process playbooks: Turn ambiguity into structured processes and clear dashboards · Stakeholder communication: Align on-ground teams, third-party partners, and senior leadership What You Bring to the Table: · Tier-1 education (IIT/BITS/top NITs/ISB/CA rank holder or equivalent) · 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or execution-heavy roles (startup or high-growth D2C brands preferred) · Strong in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL, Python, PowerBI are major pluses) · Grit and hustle: You enjoy being on the floor solving problems in real-time · People fluency: Can navigate and influence both blue-collar teams and top management · Obsessive about tracking metrics and driving measurable improvements If you’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives under ambiguity, and wants to build scalable ops from the ground up in a high-growth consumer brand, we’d love to hear from you.
