Key Responsibilities1. CEO Priority & Execution Management
  • Own and track CEO-level priorities across fundraising, partnerships, growth, and strategy
  • Manage follow-ups, action items, and timelines on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare concise briefing notes, summaries, and talking points for:
  • VC meetings
  • Partner calls
  • Internal leadership discussions
  • Anticipate needs and proactively unblock execution
2. Fundraising & VC Outreach Support
  • Research and build a targeted

    VC and Angel investor pipeline

    (Seed to Series A/B)
  • Identify and qualify investors using

    LinkedIn, Crunchbase, PitchBook, and founder networks

  • Draft personalized

    LinkedIn and email outreach messages

    on behalf of the CEO
  • Track investor outreach, responses, follow-ups, and warm intros
  • Support preparation of pitch decks, data rooms, and investor FAQs
3. CEO LinkedIn & Personal Brand Management
  • Own and manage the

    CEO’s LinkedIn presence

  • Draft thought-leadership posts on:
  • Startup execution and growth
  • Fundraising learnings
  • Product launches and company milestones
  • Manage inbound LinkedIn messages, investor DMs, and engagement
  • Optimize content for credibility, reach, and investor visibility
4. Strategic Research & Market Intelligence
  • Research competitors, comparable startups, and market trends
  • Track fundraising benchmarks, valuations, and investor theses
  • Prepare short strategy memos and insights for CEO decision-making
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams on CEO-led initiatives
  • Ensure accountability and timely execution across teams
  • Execute special projects directly assigned by the CEO
Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have Qualifications
  • 2–6 years of experience in

    Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office, Strategy, Consulting, VC, Growth, or Operations roles

  • Exceptional written communication and professional messaging skills
  • Strong LinkedIn research and outreach experience
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Proven ability to work in

    PST hours from India

Strong Plus
  • Prior exposure to fundraising or investor relations
  • Experience supporting US-based founders or C-suite leaders
  • Familiarity with pitch decks, startup metrics, and VC workflows
Working Hours Expectation
  • Primary working hours aligned to PST (US Pacific Time)

  • Full availability during CEO’s PST business hours
  • Willingness to work late evenings IST on a regular basis
