Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand building, digital transformation, and performance marketing with experience managing large marketing budgets. You will be responsible for driving top-line growth, customer acquisition, brand equity, and ROI-focused marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own and optimize a multi-million dollar marketing budget across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
• Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market plans for new products and markets
• Oversee performance marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, content, and social media functions
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing cross-functional marketing team
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to align on growth initiatives
• Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine campaigns and drive ROI
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform decision-making

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success managing and optimizing high-value marketing budgets
• Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and attribution
• Experience in scaling brands across multiple geographies and/or sectors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
