JOB DESCRIPTION
Position/Designation : Chief Manager Department/Function : Risk, Underwriting & Claims Location : Mumbai Reporting To : Head of Risk Job Summary

:
To Monitor the Risk performance of the portfolio (categories, programs), predict fraud detection & derive strategies to constantly reduce Loss Ratio

List the Duties and
Responsibilities

  • Claim ratio calculation, monitoring and publishing the
claim ratio dashboard.
  • Providing insights on loss ratios, risk dynamics and their
impact on business performance.
  • Execute LIVE tracking of claim ratios thru automated
Dashboards
  • Devise strategies to lower the Loss ratios & then partner
with Internal Stakeholders (Sales/Service) to deliver on
execution
  • Build a fraudulent insights team that leverages data to
deep dive into problematic areas & provide
product/process solves
  • Work with tech team & settlement team on automating
settlement APIs with Insurers
  • Formalize strategies to migrate risk on One Assist’s books
to Insurer

Experience Required 8+ years of experience in Claims/ Underwriting. (Motor under-
writing is a bonus)

Academia MBA will be an added advantage
