Ensure full

Lead site-wide training and development initiatives, including

Monitor and report on key HR

Uphold and promote
EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)
norms across the site.
Partner with leadership on policy development and governance.
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff.

2. Operational & Quality Excellence:

Champion a culture of
GMP/cGMP compliance
, ensuring all HR activities support quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Production, Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Supply Chain to align HR strategies with operational goals.
Contribute to
continuous improvement initiatives
(e.g., 5S, Lean, Kaizen).
Proactively assess and mitigate HR-related risks that could impact product quality and patient safety.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Full-time MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW, or MLW from a reputed institute.
Experience:
Approximately 20 years post-qualification in HR, preferably in a large manufacturing or industrial setting.
Age:
Around 45 years.
Attributes:
Must demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, inspection-ready environment.
Technical Familiarity (Plus):
Experience with ICH, WHO TRS, ISPE, and data integrity principles. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, ERP, and LIMS is a plus.
