Job description To facilitate the TSIs in governing the PM/ BM activities at respective sites. To facilitate & regulate the execution of PM, design up gradation, etc at respective sites as per stipulated schedules. Attending the breakdown of WEC's & associated componentry so as to ensure committed availability of WEC's. To keep a tap on the availability of tools & tackles, safety & maintenance equipment in good working condition. Administration work at concerned areas. Conduct Co-ordination meetings of TSIs on WPP operational performance, SIQA ratings and technical failures its analysis, to draw conclusions, take corrective actions & suggest preventive measures. To maintain documentation as per ISO & SIQA standards. Training of the site employees. To align forces for safety & security of wind farm & associate componentry. Takeover of newly commissioned WPP, organize infrastructure / resources. Ensure timely reporting of WPP performance to WWIL offices for release to customers. Real time monitoring of WPP through SCADA business processes through Sap. Forecasting & proposing quarterly capital + revenue budgets. To determine creative cost cutting & efficiency improvement measures. Local procurement of running/ consumable items & scrap disposals.
