Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Agency Experience:

    Minimum 3 years in Agency or APC channels.
  • BFSI Experience:

    At least 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in life insurance.
  • Local Experience:

    Must have been based in the city of application for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Stability:

    A stable career with no frequent job changes, with at least 2 years of average employment stability.
  • Business Volume:

    Managed 30-50 lakhs in the last financial year.
  • Education:

    Graduate (No diplomas).
  • Team Management:

    Managed at least 10 agents or team members.
  • Achievements:

    Must have quantifiable achievements like MDRT, COT, or TOT.
  • Should be between the Age of 30 - 45 years.
  • Must be from Life Insurance background.
