Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–15 years of experience

• organizational transformation, culture building, and policy implementation

• comfortable in both structured and evolving environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work with both ownership and on-ground teams.
  

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  

• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
