Role Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, developing business plans, driving sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and contributing to overall organizational growth. The role includes maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, analyzing business performance, devising new strategies to enhance service offerings, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Leadership

• Design and execute omnichannel growth strategies (B2CC + B2B) for student acquisition and retention.
• Lead fundraising efforts, investors pitches, and financial modeling.

Revenue Generation

• Build and mentor a high-performance sales team (inside sales, partnership, corporate alliances).
• Optimize and management (lead gen →_→ Conversion →_→ Retention).
• Forge strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, and strategic collaboration.

Marketing & Brand Building

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, Social media, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development).
• Leverage analytics to refine messaging, targeting, Compelling, Content, user experience & Remarketing.

Operational Excellence

• Manage P&L, Budgets, and ROI- driven resource allocation.
• Implement CRM systems for ORM, campaign management & automation tools for scalability.

Qualifications

• 7+Years

  in scaling up Strategic business planning and leadership skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Proven Experience as Growth Leadership Sales and Marketing
• Proven track record of driving growth in a advertising & digital marketing
• Demonstrated success in achieving INR
