About the Company We are hiring for one of the top MNC in Defense Electronics. the ideal candidate must be from MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND with proven experience in Fund Raising and Management Responsibilities Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency. Oversee cash flow, treasury management, and working capital to maintain financial stability. Collaborate with functional heads to drive profitability and cost optimization. Monitor market trends and financial risks, providing proactive solutions to safeguard the company's interests. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements. Lead and represent internal and external audits. Oversee relationships with JV partners, financial institutions, and key stakeholders. Desired Skill Set Exceptional financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Experience in raising funds for working capital up to INR 200 Cr to INR 300 Cr. Work experience aligned with foreign company as Joint venture (JV). Proven track record in managing financial operations, risk management, and compliance. Educational Qualifications: MBA(Top Institutes Only), CA, CFA, CPA
