About the Role:

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting
Oversee finance operations, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
Manage cash flow, fund planning, audits, and investor/bank relations
Provide financial insights and support to senior management for strategic decision-making
Monitor risk management and ensure robust internal control systems
Collaborate with departments for cost control and profitability initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA)
with
3–5 years
of post-qualification experience
Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory
Strong understanding of finance, accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and financial modelling
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
