Chief Financial Officer - Fertiliser Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial insights to drive strategy, expansion, pricing, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate capex proposals and ensure working capital efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with DoF regulations on fertilizer subsidies and pricing.
• Oversee costing, regulatory audits, MIS, and plant performance monitoring.
• Manage statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor finance teams across locations, building expertise in fertilizer-specific processes.

Desired Attributes:

• CA/CMA/MBA in Finance with 10–15 years exposure in Fertilizer or Chemical manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of DoF subsidy guidelines, IFMS/mFMS, costing, and plant finance.
• Proven leadership in audits, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
